Unleash your analytical and critical thinking as our Analyst (Sales Focused)! You’ll be the architect behind our sales strategies, administrative efficiency and data-driven decision making. Your analytical talent and attention to detail will be instrumental.
 

Responsibilities.

• Efficiency Enhancement: Evaluate internal systems to identify improvement, particularly with purchasing data and provide recommendations aligned with trend lines

• Strategic Insights: Deliver valuable business insights to the Leadership team by harnessing internal data systems, leveraging trend line analysis to either provide or enhance informed decision-making

• Precise Document Management: Process sales documents, ensuring efficiency for purchase orders, proposals, contracts and quotes

• Quotation Expertise: Skilfully craft and present client-focused quotations, capturing key details and value propositions

• Collaborative Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams, emphasising accuracy and timeliness in quote preparation

• Logical decision-making: Utilise analytical skills for identifying gaps and suggesting improvement, especially related to quotations

• Seamless Integration: Integrate part numbers into systems, ensuring smooth data management

• Order Accuracy: Process orders with meticulous attention to detail, verifying alignment with quoted information
   

Qualifications & Experience. 

• High School Certificate or Business-related qualification, with 2+ years of experience in an Analyst role

• Innately possesses a sharp and analytical mind, adept at applying logical reasoning to data-driven tasks, such as sales pricing analysis

• Proficiency in Power BI, adept at creating insightful visual guides

• Sound written and verbal communication skills with a grasp on grammar and punctuation

• Detail-oriented, consistently producing high-quality work

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Excellent organisation skills and can work to balance competing deadlines

• Independent and proactive work ethic, with an affinity for taking ownership of tasks

• Proactive in nature and able to prioritise tasks

• Thrives both as an individual contributor and a collaborative team player

• Dynamic and self-motivated with a willingness to learn

• Exceptional time management skills
