Improving quality and efficiency with our new Cyberoptics 3D AOI Machine

We are excited to announce the addition of a new CyberOptics 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine to our electronics manufacturing process. This state-of-the-art machine is equipped with the latest technology that allows it to inspect at different classes: Class 2 and 3, ensuring that every product meets the highest quality standards.


In addition to its AOI capabilities, the CyberOptics machine can perform other critical inspections, including Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) and Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM). SPI is a process that checks the solder paste deposition on printed circuit boards before components are placed, while CMM is a precision measurement tool that ensures accurate placement of components on the circuit boards.


The CyberOptics 3D AOI machine is a significant investment in our manufacturing process, and it will significantly improve our quality and process. By using the machine, we can detect defects early, before products leave the manufacturing line.
