About You
Circuitwise is on a fast track to growth and we're currently seeking skilled and experienced operators in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) to help us deliver exceptional results for our clients. Responsibilities

Running the SMT production line, ensuring smooth and efficient operation

Conducting quality inspections on PCBs to ensure they meet the required standards

Quickly replenishing supplies and components and performing job changeovers to minimize downtime.

Operating the Solder Paste Screen Printer, making adjustments as needed.

Modifying machine programs to optimize performance and output quality

Performing routine cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working condition.

Setting up and operating the reflow oven to solder printed circuit board assemblies.
Qualifications
-
Diploma in Electronics or Certificate IV in Electrical/Electronic from TAFE, or equivalent is preferred but not essential
-
Experience with Juki and MyData is advantageous
-
Experience in high quality electronics assembly

Understanding of Class III manufacturing

Computer proficiency and familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet programs

Must have good communication skills, take pride in accuracy and quality of work, ability to work autonomously, ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand/sit for long periods of time as the role requires
